This is part of a series of coaching / training sessions run by qualified orienteering coaches.

They will be primarily aimed at beginners, but all are welcome (including non club members).

Fun, active and challenging - come and try orienteering.

    - learn to orienteer

    - improve your fitness

    - practice navigation and map reading

    - learn about adventure running

    - learn about park orienteering

 

This week's details

Northern Navigators training club nights are getting underway again, starting this Wednesday (12 May) at 6:30pm.

Our usual meeting place will be the Woodland Trust car park at Low Burnhall (what3words ///drag.oath.tribe ) but we intend to go on tour from time to time.

The sessions prioritise fun and sociability. There will be a simple navigation training at whatever physical intensity you fancy.

The weather will be lovely and there will be all sorts of wildlife to see.

Kit: comfortable footware and clothing suitable for the country.
