Annual General Meeting

This year's AGM will be held on Wednesday 25th November 2020, starting at 7.00pm.

All club members are invited to attend.

 

Details:

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, the 'Zoom' Communication Application will be used. This can be downloaded free to your smart phone, tablet or computer. The passcode for the meeting will be sent out to members closer to the date of the meeting. The free application is limited to 40 minutes use, therefore the start will be promptly at 1900 hrs and finish at 1940 hrs, although you can join the meeting at any point. Details on the use of the application can be found here.

 

Nominations are invited for positions on the committee, which currently comprise:

 

Officers:

Chairman - Nigel Wright, Secretary - Boris Spence, Treasurer - Kath Marshall-Ivens,

Fixtures - Debby Warren, Membership - Barry Young, Welfare - Julian Warren,

Junior rep - Jed Hampshire-Wright, Mapping - Rob Mckenna.

 

Other Committee members:

Dougie Nisbet, Barnaby Warren.

 

The Chairman has declared that he would like to stand down this year.

Names of nominees for any of the committee posts, together with a proposer and seconder should reach the secretary no later than 7 days before the meeting.

 

The AGM not only elects a new committee, but also makes many decisions about the club and its activities over the forthcoming year.
